(replay) Religious Liberty Clinic Panel at Stanford University Law School

February 21, 2013

This panel discussion happened back in January 2013, but it caught my eye as it was just replayed on C-SPAN.  An interesting, thoughtful debate, but perhaps weighted a little more heavily towards the religious representatives than would be preferable.  Still, the observations at the end around observing what the government does and not just what it says when it comes to controlling behavior seem quite interesting, as points of discussion on how to navigate the fine line between religious liberty, freedom of conscience, the rights protected by the government and the responsibilities required from us as citizens.
